Council and Administration

Under the Municipal Ethics and Good Conduct Act, every council member must, within six months of the start of their first term and within nine months of the start of any subsequent term, participate in training on municipal ethics and good conduct. The elected official must declare their participation to the city clerk, who reports it to the council. The municipality must keep its website up to date with the list of members who have completed the training.
