Documents and information the Town makes available to suppliers under Quebec's Cities and Towns Act.

Contract Management Regulation

LCV 573.3.1.2

Bylaw C-25-03 sets out how the Town awards its contracts: tender process, supplier selection, ethical standards, and anti-collusion rules.

It covers every contract, whether awarded by direct agreement or through public tender.

Supplier Complaint Procedure

LCV 573.3.1.3

If you are a prospective supplier and believe a tender or contract award did not follow the rules, you can file a complaint. The procedure below sets out the steps and timelines (the document is currently available in French only). If the Town does not answer or its answer does not satisfy you, the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP) takes over.
